Congratulations to our outstanding Mathletes, 5th graders Hugo Smith and River Kohm, and Alice Brushey! Through dedication, perseverance, and countless problem-solving sessions with Teacher Todd, Hugo and River have shown what it means to truly learn by doing. Their commitment to sharpening their skills and supporting one another has prepared them beautifully for competition, and we are so proud to celebrate their hard work and growth. Financial Aid
TCS is committed to providing an exceptional education and supporting families who seek an independent school experience for their children. Our Financial Assistance Program is need-based, and we strive to make a TCS education accessible to as many families as possible through this system.
Please note the following application deadlines:
• Current Families: January 16, 2026
• Prospective Families: January 30, 2026
To make the application process as smooth and accessible as possible, we use the Clarity platform. Clarity is designed to simplify applying for financial assistance, ensuring a straightforward and user-friendly experience. Clarity assesses your family’s level of need based on the information you provide, and all financial assistance decisions are finalized by the Financial Assistance Committee. Families are required to reapply each year to ensure current information is reflected in their application.

• Documentation: Have your 2024 Federal Tax Return ready, as well as monthly and annual income and expense details.
• Form 4506-C: You will sign this form, allowing the IRS to provide your 2024 tax transcript directly to Clarity.
• Fee: There is a $60 application fee (income-based fee waivers are available).
• Divorced/Separated Households: Each household must submit a separate application, though both will be connected to the student profile.
• Completion Deadline: Ensure all requested information and documentation are submitted by the deadlines listed above.
