This dynamic, low-impact workout blends strength, flexibility, and cardio—no jumping, just results. Imagine yoga on speed to pop music. Break a sweat while supporting TCS! Bring a mat if you've got one and get ready to move. This hour long class will be led by 1st grade and yellow room mom Courtney Bell, followed by mimosas and treats.
