Every woman has faced harassment or, even worse, physical violence. Learn the how-tos of situational awareness, boundary setting, and physical self-defense skills in a 2-hour class suitable for women 18 years of age or older that will teach you how to fend off an attacker and defend yourself from worst-case scenarios.
